 Due to the way the resize event is delivered, Torbutton ends up resizing
 the content window before the scrollbars and toolbars get updated from the
 user's resize. This leads to all sorts of increasingly bad behavior. In
 fact, the behavior seems to just keep getting worse with each Firefox
 release.
