 Something seems to be going wrong with our asciidoc manpages. Options
 descriptions with more than one paragraph use <pre> tags somehow. See
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-manual-dev.html for the online
 version. Maybe this is a problem with different asciidoc versions.
