 In 0.2.2.4-alpha, Tor's unit tests were split out of src/or/ into a new
 src/test/ directory, and the Makefile was changed to link most source
 files for Tor itself into a new `libtor.a` library so that the unit tests
 could still be linked to them.  Unfortunately, `or_sha1.i` still only
 contains hashes of the files linked directly into the `tor` executable,
 not the files linked into `libtor`.
