 I just (automatically) upgraded to https-everywhere 0.9.7, and my custom
 rules were missing again.

 Using Debian Lenny + backports, x86_64, firefox/iceweasel 3.5.16.
 Other plugins: AdBlock Plus 1.3.8, Classic Compact Options 1.2.1, Download
 Statusbar 0.9.7.2, Firebug 1.5.4, Firefox Sync 1.7, gui:config 1.1.4, Tab
 Mix Plus 0.3.8.6.

 Sorry I am not more helpful, I really don't know what to do to try to
 reproduce... :-/ Please educate me! ;-)
