 We need to come up with a list of requirements for the OS and the Torouter
 config (with the DreamPlug in mind). In an email to tor-dev, Jake suggests
 that we:

 * Re-flash devices to have Debian or a modern Ubuntu.
 * Lock down the device, except with Tor and OpenSSH as listening services.
 * A few stock configuration files.
 * Time syncing (clockskew for example).
 * Randomly generated password that we uniquely key for each device.
 * Non-exit relay by default.
 * Ship 0.2.3.x with tor-fw-helper enabled by default.
