 I also made a sample HACKING file which tries to explain how one can
 create his own protocol.
 I didn't know how deep/basic I should have gone.
 I might explain the role of structs like protocol_params_t and the
 protocol state in the future, but I found protocol.h sufficiently
 commented for now.
