 "This product includes GeoLite data created by MaxMind, available from
 http://maxmind.com/"

 The web site (at a minimum, [https://metrics.torproject.org/users.html
 metrics.tpo/users.html]) appears to be self-documenting.  This
 acknowledgement may also need to be strewn throughout the metrics-db and
 metrics-tasks documentation.
