 (For the failure case, what does the 'community forums' link to? Also,
 linking to the wiki probably isn't going to help confused users in any
 way.)

 If we want to get fancier, in the failure case when we link to the Tor
 docs, we could look at the user-agent to decide what link to use.

 We should keep in mind Mikeperry's hopes of embedding some xml in the html
 here that Torbutton can use to figure out if your TBB is out of date. But
 I think at this stage that goal is orthogonal.

 When can we roll it out? :)
