 In Firefox 5.0 (with Torbutton 1.4.0), left-clicking on the Torbutton
 toolbar button pops up the button's context menu instead of toggling Tor
 on/off.  'Disable Button and Hotkeys to prevent accidental toggle' is
 unchecked.
