Comment:

 Maybe we should just add all countries in the GeoIP database, or people
 will wonder why we picked the current set of countries.  With the current
 drop down box people should still be able to find the country they care
 about.

 When we make this change, we'll finally have to use a country list in both
 web/WEB-INF/users.jsp and rserve/graphs.R.  We should use a SortedMap for
 the JSP, so that we can display countries sorted by name.  One way to
 simplify the R script is to write "Directly connecting Tor users from
 Italy" instead of "Directly connecting Italian Tor users."  (Note that
 some countries require the defined article, e.g., "the Netherlands.")
