 The mail one gets from Tor Weather if the watched node is down read:

 "[...] you've been observinghas been uncontactable [...]"

 it should be


 "[...] you've been observing has been uncontactable [...]"

 Also, is "uncontactable" a word? I am not a native speaker but
 "unreachable" sounds more natural to me.
