 Reported by keiner:
 After removing Tor VM and rebooting the host the Tor VM Tap32 network
 adapter
 is still present on the system.

 This should be removed at shutdown/reboot after Tor VM has been
 uninstalled.


 NOTE: Expected to be fixed in 0.0.3 released in August.
