Comment:

 Roger says on IRC he doesn't feel strongly about adding these consensus
 parameters to dir-spec.txt.

 Please see branch cbtdirspec in my public repository for a suggested spec
 patch.  The idea is that the parameters are at least named, so that people
 grep'ing dir-spec.txt find the link to path-spec.txt.
