 One more thing to consider: We could modify OpenWRT to stop creating a
 /tmp/ partition and simply have one partition with 64M (on the Buffalo
 router).  That would also solve #2334 without having to modify Tor in any
 way.

 I'm not sure how to build my own OpenWRT image.  Has anyone done this
 before?
