 It would be nice if the mail mentioned the "observed version on the node"
 and the "version recommended for use". Thanks!

 For example: "It appears that the Tor node [...] you've been observing is
 running an unrecommended version of Tor. Your node is running version
 v123.45. The current recommended version is v54.321."
