 A bad address in the GetTor world is an address that doesn't like large
 attachments.  Maybe there's other reasons to regard an address as bad.
 However, if someone writes GetTor an email from such an address, it should
 respond with something like `Please send your mail again from a better
 address, for instance from foomail.com'.
