 Beware of the "users look around for a list that they can send their
 question to and pick this one" phenomenon. If it sounds at all like it
 will answer questions, somebody will try mailing it.

 I guess we can refuse the mails, but that just might enrage the users
 further. :)

 A name like tor-rt or tor-rt-support might be less enticing as a color for
 the bikeshed.
