 after saving any changes (for example adding ExcludeNodes etc) some bridge
 settings and Allowed port settings are lost.

 I confirmed this on two different users/computers using latest version of
 TBB 2.2.34.3

 to reproduce the problem make the following in same order
 Vidalia control panel - Settings - Network
 set Allowed ports 80,443 and add some bridges
 click Ok to save
 Vidalia control panel - Settings - advanced
 click Edit current torrc
 add the following two lines
 ExcludeNodes {sy}
 StrictNodes 1
 press Ok
 again Ok
 Vidalia control panel - Settings - Network
 you will find Allowed Ports disappeared
 and only few Bridges left
