 I start Vidalia, and it starts Tor. While Tor is bootstrapping, I open up
 the settings window.

 When Tor finishes bootstrapping, the settings window vanishes out from
 under me and I'm brought back to the control panel.

 Is this a feature or a bug? It is surprising behavior to me, since I'm in
 the middle of making a configuration change when the window goes poof.
