 No, I mean that browser completely hangs after few seconds (Not
 responding), then Windows suggest to kill it. No clicking is needed.
 Just see this bug on clean FF profile with only Torbutton 1.4.0 just
 installed, i.e. inactive and no settings touched.
 Win7 SP1 Ultimate all updates.
 Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant is installed on the machine, but its
 service is disabled and it isn't FF addon, so can't play role.
