 The current assignments are:
 phobos -> moria1 (roger)
 ln5 -> ides (mike)
 bwscan vm -> urrass (ioerror)
 karsten -> gabelmoo (karsten)

 The minimal edit that produces something like sanity is:
 phobos -> moria1 (roger)
 ln5 -> maatuska (ln5)
 bwscan vm -> urrass (ioerror)
 karsten -> gabelmoo (karsten)
 new scanner -> ides (mike)

 Another possible alternative that doesn't require new servers is:
 roger -> moria1 (roger)
 ln5 -> maatuska (ln5)
 bwscan vm -> urrass (ioerror)
 karsten -> gabelmoo (karsten)
 phobos -> ides (mike)

 This depends on how well we expect moria1 to work with the postgres
 support.
