 We have two tor logo options for the website branding.

 one is https://www.torproject.org/images/tor-logo_low_resolution.jpg which
 is 4076 bytes, 150x101 pixels, and jfif 1.02 standard jpeg image.

 the other is https://www.torproject.org/images/tor-logo.jpg which is 5065
 bytes, 160x100 pixels, and jfif 1.01 standard jpeg image.

 Some like the detail in the tor-logo.jpg file, specifically the shaded
 onion stalk and onion body shading. These people feel this is higher
 quality.

 Some like the simplicity of the tor-logo_log_resolution.jpg for its
 lighter color, smaller size, and visual match to the rest of the site.

 Is there a way we can make it look high quality, lighter color, and keep
 the size at 150x101 pixels in a 4k file?

 Is svg universally accepted yet?  that would solve all problems.
