 Most often this kind of thing is caused by the absence of referrers in
 HTTPS->HTTP requests, but in this instance dropbox is redirecting back to
 HTTP and we're respecting that, as indicated by this log message:

 HTTPS Everywhere: Redirection loop trying to set HTTPS on:
   http://www.dropbox.com/position?jvi=o6yHVfw0,Job
 (falling back to HTTP)
