 The solution is not for Vidalia to go hunt down and kill Tor processes --
 the solution is to not let a Tor process that some instance of Vidalia
 ‘owns’ get orphaned, because nothing else will be able to control it (or
 even shut it down gracefully on Windows).  See #3049.
