 Right. This happens because you upload your vote to all authorities. But
 you already have your vote, because you tested it before uploading to make
 sure you could parse it.

 If we want, we could add a special case to not upload authority stuff to
 ourself. I figured there were 8 people in the world experiencing it, so it
 wasn't urgent (or maybe isn't even needed).
