 We need basic packages for:
 http://miniupnp.free.fr/files/download.php?file=miniupnpc-1.5.20110418.tar.gz
 http://miniupnp.free.fr/files/download.php?file=libnatpmp-20110103.tar.gz

 It appears that both of these have already had preliminary packages - they
 just need to be tested and submitted to the package SVN.
