 I'm re-reading this, and I don't understand how this changes things.

 May be, if this part needs to be explicit, add text saying "By being a
 bridge you'll be helping users access the Tor network, but they won't be
 able to use it to access the actual content. For this you'll need to setup
 a relay with the proper exit policies".
