Comment:

 Attached are the two possibilities to this new approach.

 Option 1: Vidalia can't kill Tor (this is the case for Linux and OSX) so
 it informs the situation and gives the only solution possible: quit and
 kill tor yourself.
 Option 2: Vidalia might be able to kill Tor, so it displays the Reset
 button to try it, or the user can just quit Vidalia.

 The wording can probably be improved :)
