 after installing torbutton 1.3.2-alpha, i am unable to move the toggle
 button away from its default position.
 i would like it in the right corner of the status bar (like older versions
 placed it), but am unable to move it anywhere. it stays right next to the
 reload button, which is a kinda suboptimal placement since it has some
 danger of disabling it by accident.
