Comment:

 It was decided that we should drop translated manual pages; translated
 versions of tor.1.txt are not displayed on the website, including them is
 time consuming and we are not shipping translated manual pages with any of
 the software packages.

 The manual pages have been removed from Transifex. I will leave
 translation/projects/manpages/ and website/manpages/ untouched.
