 To be on the safe side, it seems like a fine n to choose from corresponds
 to 24 hours of measurements, because the relays that do throttle will
 likely do it on a 24 hour window. Also, since advertised bw is max in a 24
 hour window normally, this shouldn't change things much on for normal
 relays.
