Comment:

 Compiles properly after installing Xcode 2.2.1 off of the Mac OS X 10.4.6
 installation DVD.

 Insert DVD and click on the "Mac OS X Install DVD" dmg.
 Click on "Xcode Tools".
 Click on "XcodeTools.mpkg" and go through the installation procedure,
 making sure to install gcc and all the Mac SDKs.

 I'm told the latest version of Xcode that works on Mac OS X Tiger is 2.5,
 but I don't know where to find it.
