 I've been running fluxe3 for a few weeks now with RefuseUnknownExits
 turned on, and haven't gotten a single positive in the past weeks (after I
 had quite a few before). I didn't disable safelogging, so my theory is
 that I had a tortunnel user who decided to go away because my node didn't
 work anymore. I'd be happy to help analyze some other data though, if
 someone can make it available.
