 Hello?  Are you there?  I am trying to figure out how to reproduce this
 bug.  When I go to build Tor out-of-tree, it works fine.  Here is what I
 am doing: I have the latest tor master in ~/src/tor.  I make a new
 directory to test: /tmp/oot-tor.  I then "cd /tmp/oot-tor", then
 "~/src/tor/configure", then "make", and it all works fine.

 Can you explain what you're doing, and how it breaks for you?
