 There are a couple more bugs to nail down.  We no longer fall over when
 there's a traffic spike, but we need to figure out why there was a traffic
 spike at all, when maybe there shouldn't have been.

 When that's done, for IOCP to be testable, we need to try out the
 filtering implementation of SSL bufferevents.

 And when *that's* done, we'll be good to go. :)
