 When Polipo is configured to use a `socksParentProxy`, it ignores the DNS-
 related settings described in the ‘DNS’ section of the Polipo manual.  I
 assume setting a `parentProxy` has the same effect, but I haven't tested
 that.  The manual does not mention the effect of a parent proxy on
 Polipo's DNS resolution in the sections on parent proxies or in the ‘DNS’
 section.
