 With buildbot, we could have volunteers run builders for Tor, and cope
 with as many volunteers as we like.  From discussions at today's IRC
 meeting^Wparty, there doesn't seem to be an '''obvious''' way in hudson to
 do the same .

 Specifically, it would be nice to have many builders that just answer, "Is
 tor master building today on $X", for $X in {OSs that break a lot and
 don't get enough developer attention.}
