  * milestone:  => Tor: 0.2.3.x-final

Comment:

 Marking for 0.2.3.x.

 One interface that might work for this is to allow the user to specify a
 symbolic name rather than a directory for a service. If they do this,
 then the keys and other info for that service get stored in a
 $DATADIR/hs/$HSNAME/ directory, and the controller can get the .onion
 address of the name via something like GETINFO hs/$HSNAME/address .

 This idea doesn't do anything about the fact that it's still annoying to
 adjust the hidden service settings via SETCONF (since you need to replay
 all the current hidden service settings you're not changing). I ''think''
 that's just an annoyance though: it would only become a real problem if
 you've got so many hidden hidden services that Tor can't handle them
 anyway.
