 With all HTTPS Everywhere rulesets for Google turned off, searching for
 `gel pens` works at http://www.google.com/products (which
 http://products.google.com/ redirects to without HTTPS Everywhere) and
 fails at https://www.google.com/products (which
 http://products.google.com/ redirects to with HTTPS Everywhere on).
