 0) trac doesnt show 0.2.2.20-alpha in the Version list

 1) INSTALL instructions still refer to Subversion but code repo was moved
 to git.  file is src/INSTALL

 2) broken link in INSTALL redirects to wiki.torproject which redirects
 again to trac.torproejct but there is no such fragment in the new wiki:
 http://wiki.noreply.org/noreply/TheOnionRouter/TorFAQ#ItDoesntWork
