 Confirm the message occurs with tor 0.2.2.19-alpha every time i launch,
 immediately after this message:
 [notice] Self-testing indicates your ORPort is reachable from the outside.
 Excellent. Publishing server descriptor.

 There is an existing data directory.

 debian 5.0.7, libevent 1.4.13, openssl 0.9.8g, no controller.

 ubuntu 10.10, libevent 2.0.8-rc, openssl 0.9.8o, vidalia connection open
 before message.

 (arma) i've seen that message on and off. i thought maybe we'd resolved
 it.

 anything
