Comment(by arma):

 Nick, is it your understanding that this project includes "put in your
 libevent2 patch to Tor, get it building on Windows, make some packages
 (which probably includes releasing 0.2.3.1-alpha with it), and start
 receiving bug reports"? Or did you have something else in mind for this
 timeline?
