 Sebastian got this possibly related warn:

 04:41:14.964 [warn] circuit_build_times_network_close(): Bug: Circuit
 somehow completed a hop while the network was not live. Network was last
 live at 2010-08-20 04:40:13, but circuit launched at 2010-08-20 04:40:13.
 It's now 2010-08-20 04:41:14.

 Aug 20 04:48:21.964 [warn] circuit_build_times_network_close(): Bug:
 Circuit somehow completed a hop while the network was not live. Network
 was last live at 2010-08-20 04:47:20, but circuit launched at 2010-08-20
 04:47:20. It's now 2010-08-20 04:48:21.

 Although his network connection was live at the time.
