 [22:45] <mwenge> there is something odd though - tor is still reporting
 incoming bw even when the streams are closed
 [22:45] <mwenge> it then dies off after twenty seconds or so
 [22:46] <mwenge> so it looks like the circuit is still pumping cells
 something through to the client
