 Its unclear that we actually want to even run during private browsing mode
 at this time in Firefox. It would disable a lot of our functionality for
 little gain. We are shepherding their development of a fingerprint-
 resistant "Anonymous Browsing Mode" to try to get more of what we actually
 need. If the funder wants a specific doc, I can repurpose my blog post
 material on the topic for them.
