Source code for Tor is now available; you can download the
source code from the download page at

This is a small release, primarily intended to fix a compilation issue
that had kept Tor from building on some systems. If is
already working for you, there's no reason to upgrade to this one.
Packagers might not distribute packages for this one, if they already
have working packages for

Changes in version - 2021-06-30
  Tor makes several small fixes on, including one that
  allows Tor to build correctly on older versions of GCC. You should
  upgrade to this version if you were having trouble building Tor; otherwise, there is probably no need.

      that does not support const variables in static initializers.
