[tor-announce] Tor Browser 10.0.8 is released

Tor Browser 10.0.8 is now available from the Tor Browser download page
[1] and also from our distribution directory [2].

This release updates Firefox for desktops to 78.6.1esr and Firefox for
Android to 84.1.4 This version resolves instability on Apple macOS
devices with the new M1 processor.
