Hello!

Tor Browser 10.0.16 for Desktop is now available from the Tor Browser
download page [1] and also from our distribution directory [2].

Tor Browser 10.0.16 updates Firefox to 78.10esr. In addition, this
version updates NoScript to 11.2.4, and adds localization in Burmese.
