[tbb-dev] Moving next Tor Browser meeting to April 3, 1800 UTC

Hey Georg, I just realized this is the same time as the monthly Tor /
Mozilla sync.  Do you think it would be possible to move the TBB
meeting an hour earlier perhaps?  I can try to rearrange the Mozilla
sync, but it'll be juggling a bunch of other Mozilla people's
schedules...
