[tbb-dev] Moving next Tor Browser meeting to April 3, 1800 UTC

Hi!

We'll move the next Tor Browser meeting to April 3 (which is the Tuesday
next week), 1800 UTC as there are some jurisdictions where April 2
(Easter Monday) is a public holiday.

The meeting location is, as usual, #tor-meeting on the OFTC IRC network.
